Almond and chocolate chip cake
 

INGREDIENTS

100 g ground almonds
500 g sugar
350 g butter
400 g eggs
350 g flour
70 g cocoa powder
15 g yeast
75 g cream
150 g dark chocolate chips
Tom Pouce PANI-moule

PREPARATION

Mix together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Then add the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the mold and leave to cool for 1 hour.
Bake at 170°C for 40 mins.
 
Chocolate frosting:
750 g milk chocolate
75 g cocoa butter
210 g clarified butter
120 g chopped almonds
